Embattled Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe had resigned from her TV duties at the Royal Media Services station citing “personal reasons”.
However, a source close to Uhondo News has revealed the real reason why one of the most celebrated media personalities in Kenya has been forced to resign.
According to our sources, Maribe’s recent visits to State House digital director Dennis Itumbi at Muthaiga Police Station is the real reason why she was forced to quit.
Maribe was given two alternatives by Citizen TV; either resign or get fired, and she chose to submit her resignation letter soon after.has an ongoing court case and was released on bail and ordered not to read news until the case was concluded, her visits to Dennis Itumbi both in court and police custody has turned controversial.
